TYM1080R Automatic Deep Press Foil Stamping & Die-Cutting Machine
Main Features
1. Max die cutting speed is 6500 times/hour, max deep press and foil stamping speed is 6000 times/hour, foil stamping and die cutting precision is less than ±0.1 mm.
2. The main wallboard is 120 mm of thickness, and up to 600 tons of pressure in order to meet the process requirement for deep press.
3. Electric heating plate made from heat-resisting cast iron is not deformation. There are 12 heating temperature zones. The temperature of each temperature zone can be separately controlled on the computer screen to make the heating temperature uniform.
4. Time-lapse pressure setting deep press function, the pressing time can be set freely on the touch screen, making the deep press firmer and better effect.
5. Industrial computer control heating temperature, aluminum foil stepping and various leapfrog are used. Input of foil stamping size into the computer screen can automatically generate three electrical aluminum running schemes which can be free to choice or be manually entered. The operation is convenient.
6. Vertical three-axis foil-delivering device can be pulled out for installation of aluminum foil, which is advantageous for the replacement of electrical aluminum and convenient operation. Three groups of electrical aluminum stepping rollers, respectively controlled by three servo motor, which can alone or at the same time realize the leapfrog and stepping function. Corresponding electrical aluminum stepping roller can install multiple rubber pinch rollers for free moving installation and convenient compaction.
7. On the equipped electrical aluminum pre-installed table, the electrical aluminum can be installed in advance in foil shaft according to the requirements of foil stamping process, saving the time of loading foil and foil stamping.
8. Electrical system consists of main control electric box and foil stamping electrical box which can be controlled independently. when die cutting, main control electrical system is opened; when deep pressing and foil stamping, foil stamping electrical system is opened, which saves energy.
9. Equipped with the blowing system of large air storage tanks which has blowing and separating function, not only effectively ensures the quality of the thin paper foil stamping, but also solves the difficulty to separate the foil stamping of large plate.
10. Front lay positioning adopts four electric front guide mechanisms, and installs four photoelectric detection switches.
11. Foil stamping hot-pressing plate and die cutting steel plate, which are positioned by pneumatic lock plate, are accurate precision and convenient operation.
12. Honeycomb plate and die cutting chase can replace each other, so as to realize the transformation of foil stamping, deep pressing and die cutting functions.
13. Electric digital display is used for the lifting pressure so that pressure size, position and pressure precision die of cutting platform are easy to be adjusted in the man-machine interface display screen.
14. The critical components bearing die cutting pressure, including main wallboard, upper platform, moving platform and base frame, are from high temperature integral casting of pressure-proof high-strength ductile iron, and experience a long-time stress release and tempering, and aging treatment, to ensure the permanent non-deformation and stable pressure in the high pressure die cutting.
15. Main drive uses big modulus worm gear and worm drive, and connects in the form of bent axle, oscillating bar, connecting rod and bearing bush, to reduce moving clearance, so that the machine can also maintain stable running under high speed.
16. Circulating oil cooling system can ensure the internal joint lubrication effect of main drive. Forced self-lubrication system ensures the normal internal oil supply of main drive, and avoids automatic stop without oil. Timing lubrication system automatically controls the timing and quantitative oil lubrication of all lubricating points.
