1. Bottom suction feeding unit：
1) Adopting the uniquely designed bottom suction nozzle feeding technology, the front board can be adjusted up and down according to the thickness of the paper.
2) The right side board can be used as independent pneumatic paper aligning.
3) Using a vacuum pump to feed the paper into the platen roller, it is not easy to scratch the printing surface. Reduce the waste of customers' products.
4) The wall plates are all cast iron wall plates, which increases the stability of the equipment. The valve core and valve housing are designed with a unique material, which makes it resistant to deformation and abrasion and prolongs its service life.

2. Conveying unit

    
1). Servo motor drive is adopted to realize the speed reduction of paper in place and improve the stability of paper feeding. Ensure that the paper is accurately positioned, with a set of side positioning lays on the left and right sides.
2). High-quality wear-resistant conveyor belts, pressing paper rollers and rubber rollers can adapt to sheets of different thicknesses.
3). The independent paper feed roller presses the paper, the operation is convenient and fast, and the paper delivery time can be adjusted without stopping the machine during operation.
4). The leading edge of the paper edge is flat to ensure die-cutting accuracy.
