I. Product introduction
MY-1060S automatic die-cutting and creasing machine is our company after many years of experience in the design, production and manufacturing of automatic flat bed die-cutting and indentation machine, integrating the advantages and disadvantages of major equipment at home and abroad and customer needs, for which our company has developed a new generation of 20th anniversary die-cutting and indentation machine, 20 years of growth, casting brand, 20 years of efforts, shaping authority!
   Machine features: the wall panel of the paper feeder is made of ductile iron, processed to a thickness of 50mm, four suction and four sending strong feeder heads, double electromagnetic clutch control non-stop device, overall adjustment of the paper conveying wheel, the integration of the push-pull cabinet, the bottom table, the moving table, the upper stage and the wall panel of the main engine department are made of ductile iron, synchronous belt transmission, the paper delivery and waste removal department are processed to 30mm with 35mm thick materials, and the paper collection and waste removal part is not driven by a chain tie rod.
We take the design idea of stability, durability, safety and convenient operation as the leading idea for the development of this model, follow the EU CE safety certification standards, make major innovations to the overall frame structure of the machine and most of the main mechanisms, and carefully improve the safety protection, so the machine performance is more stable, and the operation is safer and more convenient.
