1.Main features
The fully pneumatic five-sided synchronized pressure technology features independent cylinder drives for up, down, front,back, and side directions, enabling either simultaneous pressure application or individual adjustment of pressure on each
side. High pressure is applied for thick gray boards and high-density cardboard, while lower pressure is used for gold
cardstock, UV-coated surfaces, and laminated gift boxes to
prevent damage to surface finishes. The system delivers
stable, consistent pressure with no fluctuations, eliminating
the issue of uneven manual pressing. Equipped with built-inpressure regulators, pressure gauges, and buffer valves, it
maintains steady pressure even during air supply variations, ensuring no pressure degradation over long periods of continuous operation.
