I:Brife Introduction
This procluct is sutable for single, double, plate printing of multiple specfications, specal shrapn and other complex box tyse. Can be cleared at one time, high efficiency, saving time, safety and more reliable.
 
II:Function:
This machine is mainly used for cardboard, thin ash board and other special-shaped multi-specification and various complex types of imposition of carton waste stripping.
 
III:Key Outstanding Features:
3.1 The upper honeycomb panel is mainly used for waste paper removal. Made of aviation aluminum, its surface undergoes hard anodizing treatment, featuring wear resistance, high toughness, and resistance to deformation.
 
3.2 The lower honeycomb panel is mainly responsible for ejecting finished products. Composed of four layers, the top layer guides the ejector pins (with a chrome-plated surface for excellent wear resistance), while the bottom three layers lock the ejector pins with pneumatic locks—ensuring the pins are well-fixed and won’t easily dislodge.
3.3 The paper support platform adopts servo reciprocating motion, offering the advantages of easy paper loading and safe machine adjustment.
 
IV:Partial description
4.1: Both upper and lower use thimble structure, no need to do a separate ten- plate. accarding to the box type. insert the thimble can be simple and quick coition, no extra cost.
4.2:PLC with servo drive, high precision, simple operation.
